VCMS offers private music lessons to students ages 6+ and accommodates both beginner and advanced students. Private lessons are offered during fall, spring, and summer semesters ranging from 8-14 weeks. An individual curriculum will be created for each student based on his or her semester goals including music theory, technique, repertoire and performance. Students will perform in recitals at the end of the semester to showcase their work and talent. Lessons are scheduled individually with the instructor to happen conveniently on a weekly basis. Lessons are available at our site at 430 N. Cleveland in Memphis and at 

3404 Lake Street in Lansing.
